Ryan Ottwell, DO

Dr. Ottwell was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He attended Northeastern State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business management and cellular biology.  He completed medical school at Oklahoma State University.  He remained in Tulsa for one year after graduating to complete an internal medicine internship at the University of Oklahoma.  He then moved to Michigan to complete his dermatology residency at Trinity Health in Ann Arbor.  Dr. Ottwell is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.  He is a general dermatologist with special interests that include pediatric skin disorders, psoriasis, laser and cosmetic therapies, acne, dermatologic surgery, hair loss, and cutaneous oncology.  In his spare time, Dr. Ottwell enjoys spending time with his family and dog, traveling and teaching.  He also travels to Ethiopia annually to work with a nonprofit organization and a local hospital, where he helps provide care and gain deeper insight into dermatologic diseases.
